Nestle Breakfast Cereal Bar, Brighter mornings, happy starts for Coeliacs
In a saucepan bring the cream, and vanilla to the boil, then remove from the heat immediately. Meanwhile in a heavy based saucepan put the sugar, liquid glucose and water over a medium heat until it forms a light caramel colour, which should take about 8-10 minutes. Then remove it from the heat. Remove the vanilla pod from the cream, and gradually add the warm cream to the caramel mixing well. Whisk in the butter cube by cube to the mixture and mix well after each addition. Leave to cool slightly and add the Nestle cereals and seeds. Place on to greaseproof paper which is lined with cling film and roll into a cylinder. Refrigerate until required and put into pieces.

375g Castor sugar
60g liquid glucose
300g butter, at room temperature
250g Nestle gluten free Honey Flakes
130g Nestle gluten free Coco Rice
150g Sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds
