Hi

When i make a casserole i just add 2 knorr beef stock pots, some lidl mixed pepper, some herbs and 4/5 big spoons of Knorr Roast Gravy (available from eco-irect) and water of course.....
My daughter is coeliac and the rest of us are not and we all like it...sometimes i add a few spuds to thicken it...
Hope that helps.I never thought of red wine in it but will defo give that a try....
:D :D
