Chocolate Cake

I continued my attempts at trying my old recipes with gluten free flour this weekend with my favourite chocolate cake. It's a Nigella Lawson recipe and again I subbed in Odlums Trytamyl Self Raising Flour for plain flour. You use sour cream as part of the sponge recipe and it turned out lovely and moist.
