I had an exceptionally good experience after an overnight plus dinner in the Monlo Park Hotel in Galway. Breakfast for coeliacs offerred gluten free muesli, gluten free sausages and cinnamon pancakes along with the usual other options of gluten free bread rolls and cereals. It was gorgeous as was my dinner the previous night with plenty of options on all the courses for myself. I had sea bass and bakewell tart with creme anglaise which were delicious. My non coeliac friends also found the food accommodation and general friendliness to be first class. I would love to see the coeliac conference held there sometime.
