Hi Jessie71,

Congratulations on your new membership of this exclusive club.

Actually, soon it won't be exclusive, it will have so many members!

Maybe you can find an opening making gluten free bread and buns? There are of course strict guidelines on how to do this.

The Coeliac Society has lots of info on this. You will find them a great help into the future.

Hi Jessie71,
Welcome to this coeliac forum!!! I hope you find it vry helpful to you!

You sound like your managing the whole GF living very well :D and your reaping te benifits of GF living already!

I did go to a dietation when I was diagnoised, personally I didnt find it very helpful but maybe you might. So maybe you should check with your doc again about an app.

Hi Jessie71,

welcome to the forum and to the Society.

You are best to try to get an appointment with a Dietitian, someone with experience in dealing with CD. There are some clinics around the country, St James's and Tallaght in Dublin and in Galway. However www.indi.ie can direct you to a list of dietitians who see coeliac patients.

It will help in terms of ensuring your gluten free diet is giving you enough of all the important nutritients, fibre, calcium, iron etc.
