These cakes are made using the Juvela Special Flakes. There are so many variations you can make, this picture shows white chocolate and cranberries, but you can use milk or dark chocolate and add anything you like such as apricots, sultanas, mini marshmallows or chunks of fudge!
Place 12 paper bun cases in a bun tray.
150g (6oz) chocolate*
2tbsp dried cranberries*
75g (3oz) Juvela Gluten-Free Special Flakes
* Please check the Food List for suitable gluten-free brands.
- Melt the chocolate in a large bowl in a microwave or using a 'bain-marie' on the stove, stirring occassionally.
- Stir in the flakes and cranberries and mix well until coated.
- Spoon into paper cases and place in the fridge to set.
