Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

Please call or email our Dublin office (details below) if you wish to request a refund or to return an item purchased online.

Unfortunately, there is no refund of payment for cancellations for event bookings; such as the AGM or National Convention.

Deliveries

Ireland and the rest of the EU
All deliveries will be sent through An Post and should be received within 7 days of ordering.

International
All deliveries will be sent through An Post and should be received within 2 weeks of ordering.
