Work has already started on updating the Food List for next year. If you know of butchers making

gluten-free sausages/burgers/puddings in your area, please contact us and let us know who they are and we will follow up and hopefully get them included in the Food List for 2011.

Also, if you know of any gluten-free bakeries or shops selling gluten-free breads, cakes, etc., please send us details to foodlist@coeliac.ie and will follow-up.
