Coeliac Ireland, the Society's newsletter, is produced twice a year usually in Spring and Autumn. Each edition is filled with practical tips on tackling the gluten-free diet, recipes, member recommendations and travel reports, product and medical updates (where appropriate, as well as contact information for the various gluten-free manufacturers.
