It also contains guidelines for cooking gluten-free fish and chips and pizzas, and the Gluten Check List which gives overview of the gluten-free diet at a glance.
It also features:
The Catering List also provides advice on legislation - both Allergen Directive & EC gluten-free labelling legislation, and also advice on gluten-free pure uncontaminated oats for the hospitals and nursing homes.
