The Coeliac Society help its members to successfully keep to a gluten free diet by providing support and information through our Membership Packs, Website, Office and Branches. We produce various items that will assist anyone who must stick to a gluten free diet. LIST OF GLUTEN FREE MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS COELIAC NEWS COOKERY BOOK EATING OUT CARDS COELIAC COMPANION DOWNLOAD MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORMS MEMBERSHIP FEES LIST OF GLUTEN FREE MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS Labelling does not always indicate not only what is in a product but the environment in which it is made, very often items which appear to be gluten free may have been cross-contaminated at the source of their production. The Coeliac Society works with manufacturers to gather on an annual basis a list of all the products that are gluten free and information on those that aren't. This list is subject to change throughout the year however the society keeps its members informed through our webforum, bi-annual newsletter and by email. COELIAC NEWS Produced twice a year, this newsletter is filled with practical tips, recipes, recommendations, product and medical updates (where appropriate) and contact information for the various gluten free manufacturers. COOKERY BOOK Gluten Free Allsorts by Anne Manning Recipes include starters, mains, cakes, biscuits and bread - very useful when getting to grips with the different texture of gluten free flour. Available to buy at €10 plus €2 p&p by contacting the society by phone or by email, or when joining or renewing your membership. EATING OUT CARDS Available in fourteen languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, English, Hungarian, Serbo-Croation, Greek, Dutch, Polish, Czech, Bulgarian and Turkish); these cards are invaluable when travelling abroad and when eating out in Ireland. The explain briefly the condition and the requirements for a successful meal. Each card is €2 + p&p (if purchasing seperately to when you're joining or renewing membership).
