Med Burgers

Introduction: 
Brighten up your summer barbeques with these mouthwatering burgers, crammed with all the flavours of the Med - perfect sandwiched between a JUVELA Gluten-Free Roll. Makes 4-6.
Ingredients: 

500g (1lb) lean mince,
50g (2oz) sun-dried tomatoes, drained and finely chopped*,
2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed,
2 tbsp freshly grated parmesan*,
25g (1oz) pine nuts*, roughly chopped,
2 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped,
2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped,
Salt and freshly ground black pepper,
4-6 JUVELA Gluten-Free Bread rolls, sliced in half.

* Please check the Food List for suitable gluten-free brands.

Method: 
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together thoroughly.
  • Shape into 4 or 6 equal sized rounds.
  • Grill or barbeque the burgers on a medium heat for about 10 minutes each side until cooked through.
  • Serve on a JUVELA Gluten-Free Roll with a dollop of ketchup.*
