Before you start, pre-heat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 and lightly grease a baking tray.
1 packet JUVELA Gluten-Free Fibre Mix,
1tsp salt,
1tsp bicarbonate of soda*,
1tsp cream of tartar*,
2tbsp lemon juice,
Approx. 375ml (¾pt) milk.
