Pre-heat the oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5
50g (2oz) butter or margarine,
100g (4oz) soft brown sugar,
75g (3oz) cream cheese*
200g (8oz) JUVELA Gluten-Free Mix,
Juice and grated rind of an orange.

Add the Gluten-free Mix, orange juice and rind and bring together to form a dough.
