To prepare your own gluten-free food you’ll need to get your kitchen organised and start trying some recipes. The first thing to decide on is whether your kitchen is going to be entirely gluten-free or not. The decision will depend on who has been diagnosed, who you live with and who does the cooking. Take some time to think about what might work best for you, your circumstances and your household. It’s best to continue as normal a life as possible for the whole household. It’s often not practical to have a totally gluten-free kitchen at home, so with this in mind we’ve put together some kitchen set up guidelines.
