In supermarkets the manufactured gluten-free foods such as bread and pasta are often grouped together with other diet speciality foods. Take extra care that what you are buying is gluten-free, not just wheat-free or a simply a food marketed as healthy.
Take a good look around since other gluten-free products may also be dotted around the store, e.g. gluten-free cereals in the cereal aisle, rice cakes in the biscuit & crackers aisle.
Keep your receipt! You can claim tax relief for gluten-free foods.
