The strategic plan sets the direction of the society. The main objectives from the current plan for 2009 to 2014 are:

• Move forward with existing and new products and services,
• Improve internal and external communications,
• Continue to raise awareness of the coeliac condition and the society,
• Formalise office policies and procedures,
• Identify and secure ongoing funding.
