Price Comparison of Gluten-Free vs Normal Foods

This document is a price comparison (right-click to save) of staple foods featured up to 1st Sept 2012 on the GMS List for coeliac consumption, with their normal counterparts.

It is a broad sample, neither the most expensive nor the cheapest in each case but a mix of those available in supermarkets. Please note the weight of each product which gives the truest picture of the cost of gluten-free foods vs. normal staples.

Guidelines for usage of Coeliac Society of Ireland logo

The logos must be used as provided with no changes to the files. This would include maintaining the design, colours and proportions. The logo should not be altered for multimedia use such as animation or morphing.

The logo may only be used in conjunction with a published or broadcast news story that directly pertains to the Coeliac Society of Ireland. We provide a complete guide to using the logo. Please contact us if you have any further questions regarding logo usage.

Photos from this site can only be used if the following guidelines are observed: The following credit must appear on the same page as the photo: “(c) Coeliac Society of Ireland. All rights reserved.” Photos cannot be duplicated and distributed without written consent from the Coeliac Society of Ireland.
