Good news for fish and chips lovers on the Northside of Dublin!
Beshoff Bros will be extending their popular gluten-free weekends to their
Clontarf shop on Vernon Avenue, as well as in the Mespil Road shop in
Dublin 4. They will be serving up Gluten Free Fish and Chips and other
gluten-free treats starting on January 9th from 12pm to 5pm on Saturdays and
Sundays.
Beshoffs would like patrons to know so there's no disappointment, that the
Clontarf shop has limited seating compared to the Mespil Road shop.

Updates to the Food List 2009

Please find the additions to the Food List 2009 for December and the deletions for December are available here.
There is a new Cadbury's
list which is included in the additions list, but might be handy for
members to download separately. To save, right click and select "Save as".
Please update your Food List with these changes. Anne will be providing monthly
updates to the Food List as she received up to date information from
manufacturers on their products that are in line with the new Codex Standard.
There will be separate lists for additions and deletions to the list to make it
clear and easy for members.
All current members of the society receive the 2009 Food List when joining or renewing their membership. If you haven't
received your Food List for 2009, please contact Emma, Helen or Liz in the
office at either info@coeliac.ie or on 01-872 1471.

The 2009 Coeliac Society Catering list is now available to the foodservice
industry. This comprehensive Handbook and Food List combined, is tailored for
the hospitality industry to ensure that chefs, hospital catering officers and
restaurant managers planning to provide gluten-free meals have access to
accurate information on the gluten-free status of catering sized products and
general foods suitable for the gluten-free diet.
This booklet is not intended for day-to-day use by members or visitors to
Ireland. The 2009 Food List and updates continue to be the "bible" for
remaining gluten free in Ireland and should be applied for through info@coeliac.ie
The Coeliac Society Catering Booklet 2009 is available to the foodservice
industry only. Chefs/Hotel/Restaurant Managers/Catering managers can
request a pdf copy by email from coeliacmanulist@eircom.net or send in
an A5/C5 stamped addressed envelope (€1.35 in stamps) to:
